Each issue educates our readers on what¹s new in colour cosmetics, fragrances, skin care, hair care and all other health and beauty categories. Our sister publication Cosmétiques is published four times a year to meet the specialized needs of the cosmetics, fragrance, toiletry, health and beauty aid and personal care industries in the province of Québec.
